Urgent Water Conservation Notice
After consideration, the board has elected to adjust the fee structure for Level II Mandatory Conservation that is in effect. The $500 fee for usage over 10,000 gallons has been removed. Rather, the overage fees will double beginning July 1, 2026 in a continued effort to encourage conservation.

Bone Mesa Domestic Water District (the “District”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ 2026-01) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced professional engineering firms to support District-wide capital planning and near-term project development. The District intends to select a qualified firm to provide on-call engineering services that strengthen the District’s readiness for funding, improve delivery of priority infrastructure projects, and provide reliable technical support as projects move from planning into design and construction.
